Shipping & Returns Policy
Once you have placed an order online you will receive an automatic confirmation email addressed to the email you provided during checkout.
We will email through your tracking details once your order is on its way!
Orders are shipped and fulfilled from our Sydney based warehouse every Monday-Friday from 9am - 3pm.
Shipping costs vary per order, as it is dependent on size and weight. Usually we have found freight is around 15% of your order total.
For all urgent deliveries please contact us via phone before 10am to ensure next day delivery. This only applies for Metro areas based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

We do not accept change of mind returns, so please make sure you're certain of the goodies you have chosen!
If you have received a good that is faulty or has been damaged during transit please contact: email@example.com within seven days and we’ll sort you out.
