Shipping & Returns Policy
Once you have placed an order online you will receive an automatic confirmation email addressed to the email you provided during checkout.
We will email through your tracking details once your order is on its way
All orders are shipped and fulfilled from our Sydney- based warehouse every Monday-Friday between 9am - 3pm.
We are unable to offer pickups from our warehouse. If you need an item urgently, please let us know in the comments box on your order or call (+64)272542993 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and 3-10 business days for delivery to regional areas.
Next-day delivery is available for metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Please contact us via phone before 10am on the day prior to delivery.
Free shipping applies for all retail orders over $75 across Australia. For wholesale orders, shipping costs vary per order as they are dependent on the size and weight of your order. Generally, shipping costs are around 8-15% of the total cost of your order. Your final shipping costs will be available on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.
We do not accept change of mind returns, so please make sure you're certain of the goodies you have chosen!
If you have received a good that is faulty or has been damaged during transit please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days and we’ll sort you out.
