Orders Once you have placed an order online you will receive an automatic confirmation email addressed to the email you provided during checkout. We will email through your tracking details once your order is on its way!
Shipping Orders are shipped and fulfilled from our Sydney based warehouse. Shipping costs vary per order, as it is dependent on size and weight. Usually we have found freight is around 15% of your order total. *Free Shipping applies to all retail orders across Australia.
Returns: We do not accept change of mind returns, so please make sure your certain of the goodies you have chosen! If you have received a good that is faulty or has been damaged during transit please contact: hello@urbanedenco within seven days and we’ll do help you.
