Interested in our vases and keen to know more? Here are a few of our commonly asked questions that might help you.
What are the vessels made out of? Our collections are made of stainless steel, which are then powder coated or polished. They are watertight, should last a long time if a level of care is taken by their owners. They shouldn't rust or corrode.
Do you hand make the collection yourself? While every detail of the design is done by us, we work closely with a family business in India for our manufacturing and they love vases just as much as we do.
Do you ship internationally? We ship worldwide! please let us know your delivery address details upon checkout so we can send the goodies your way. For Australian retail orders we offer free shipping over $75. We also offer free shipping on Vertical Gardens retail orders in New Zealand and Los Angeles. If you are a wholesale customer, shipping will be quoted based on your order weight/location. Generally if you are within Australia and in a major metropolitan area shipping will be 15% of your order or less. Do you ship internationally? Returns/Refunds Policy At this time we are not able to accept returns and give refunds on orders. If something doesn't seem quite right with your order, send us an email and we will help resolve the problem!
I am a Florist or Homewares store, do you wholesale? Absolutely! If you hop over to our wholesale page and fill in the appropriate information about your business, you will be sent an account activation email to then shop directly from our online store. If you would prefer to order directly from us, send us an email and we can do it that way too.
