Parsley Mayo Recipe

This is my Mum's recipe for Parsley Mayo. It's packed with garlic, mustard and of course, parsley. A constant supply can be found in our family's fridge and we smother almost everything in it. From fresh bread, to new potatoes, roast beef, fish and salads, it's delicious with everything savoury.    What you’ll need: 6 cloves of chopped garlic (4 if they’re large) 1 whole egg 2 tbsp brown sugar (or 1 if you don’t like it sweet) 2 tbsp whole grain mustard 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (hot if preferred) Splash of apple cider vinegar 700ml bottle of grape seed oil Large handful of parsley Salt & Pepper Lemon juice A Food Processor    Mayonnaise is a classic staple many of...
